Returns
Return & Refund Policy
1. We want you to love your purchase. Most new, unused, and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. However, please note that international return shipping can be costly and time-consuming. If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind),any costs incurred during the return or exchange process (including shipping fees and taxes) shall be borne by the customer.
2. Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

3. To be eligible for a return:
*Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
*Original packaging must be included.

*Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address to you via email.(Note:Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.)

6. Exceptions for Defective Items
If an item is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and issue a replacement or full refund.
